Children are invited to discover the art and ingenuity of master Salvatore Ferragamo in Hollywood!
THE PROJECT
During the Italy in Hollywood exhibition, the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum and the Ferragamo Foundation created an activity book to accompany children throughout their visit.
Since the activities were designed to follow the sequence of the exhibition rooms, the illustrations were also developed as references to the works on display. I chose a simplified, monochromatic illustration style to leave space for children’s imagination and to encourage their interaction both with the booklet and with the artworks in the exhibition.

ENGAGEMENT
Having written my bachelor’s thesis on corporate museums, I may be biased, but I believe there is no more solid and lasting way for a structured company to communicate itself than opening an exhibition space to the public.
A corporate museum tells the story of the company itself, but also of the wider socio-cultural context it belongs to, its territory, its innovation, and its human value. In this sense, the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum does this masterfully, as each exhibition tells a different story in which the Maestro’s work is always at the centre—yet never in a predictable way, instead highlighting everything that surrounds it.
